This Very Cool House has previously been rented by the U of A water polo team. It just got new flooring in 2023, and a new kitchen, new roof and new interior and exterior paint in 2021, and half of the house was completely renovated on the interior in 2022, and the "pool house" got a new shower/bathroom in 2022. The Pool was renovated not long ago and is well-maintained. The property has a detached, very secure 2 car garage with a remote control door lifter, and off-street parking for about 8 cars.
