Beautiful family home in a quiet gated community in North Oxnard. Close to the 101 free way and has many shopping centers less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with new cabinets that close slowly. There are Vivint security cameras that will stay with the home providing more security for you and your family. There is a water softener for the water in the home and works great you can tell the difference in the water. There is a small park with a half basketball court inside the gated community, good enough for pets to run around if you have any or kids as well. There is a hospital less than 5 min away as well if any emergencies arise. No smoking please especially cigarettes. If you smoke please utilize the back yard or outside the house.
