This is an older farmhouse style home, located next to (on the same property) as our home. Location is between Hager City and Diamond Bluff, in the Ellsworth School District, and about 6 miles from the Red Wing bridge to Wisconsin. The first level has a porch/entryway, walk-through kitchen, a small half-bathroom, a new full bathroom and two large rooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs, for about 2,000 square feet total living space. Maximum of four people. The monthly total rent is $1,600 per month (subsidized rent or rental assistance is not available). Renters will be responsible for all utilities. Fiber Internet service is available through Bevcomm, at renter's expense. House is currently furnished as pictured. NO smoking, pets, partying or illegal drug use. First month's rent, plus $1,600 damage deposit required. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Lawn care and some snow removal is included in the rent.
