The house has a partially enclosed porch attached to the house, as well as a a car port and sitting area near the house. the house sits on about 5 acres in the city limits. Renting the house you would get approximately 1 acre with the house, and the other land can be negotiated. Entering in through the partially enclosed porch you come in to a room connected to the kitchen, next you have the kitchen, then the large living room. The doors to all the bedrooms stem off the living room. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a third on the second floor. The stairs getting to the upstairs loft like bedroom are narrow, but for a kid they would be comfortable going up and down. The master bedroom has a large closet and a set of door that lead to the front port. The basement has an additional storage room, a second living room, a utility room, and room with a shower and the hvac system in it. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
