Charming house for sub-let, available Jan-May( 3 mo min, 5 mo max). $2000, fully furnished, all utilities, gas, water/sewer/garbage pickup, Wi-Fi., smart tv. Walkable (1 block) to shops, restaurants, breweries, library, drugstore, etc. in desirable downtown Weaverville. This sub-let rental is not a regular short-term rental place, I rent it year-around, so it is nicely furnished, but has my belongings in it. I will be away for 6 months, and would like it to be occupied. The minimum rental lease is 3 months, max is 5 months. Jan-May 30, dates are somewhat flexible within that time frame. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, second bedroom is furnished as a tv room/den with 2 recliner attached chairs and small work desk, no bed. Smart 50" tv can be programmed with your streaming device. 2 full bathrooms, claw-foot soaking tub in one, shower/tubcombo and double sinks in master bath. Cheery living room w/ small electric fireplace and dual recliner leather sofa. Great kitchen w/ bistro table & 2 chairs, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ exterior ice & water , kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances & dishes for the gourmet cook. Mud room with washer/dryer. Windows in every room let abundant light in, and fresh air when opened. Wonderful covered front porch looks out to walkable streets with sidewalks, and lots of friendly walkers. Grill and large table/ 4 chairs for eating out. Chaise lounges, chairs and sofa for relaxing & reading. Large corner lot with/ private driveway at side of house, 5 steps up to back door. Front door has 1 step up to porch. Weaverville is a small town with its own vibe and art culture, very friendly folks, and a safe place to live. httpsweavervillenc.org/ Lake Louise and the Main St Nature Park are free and great places to walk, both within walking distance of the house. Downtown Asheville ( UNCA)is an easy 8 mile drive, Mission Hospital - 10 miles, Blue Ridge Parkway access - 7 miles, surrounding towns of Hot Springs, Marshall, Mars Hill ( Mars Hill University), Burnsville, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, etc. are all easy drives. Background and security checks will be done, auto-rent payments at the beginning of each month, refundable security deposit of $2000 within 30 days of checkout. $50 application fee, first months rent, and security deposit at signing of lease.
