The property is a 1000-ish square foot recently renovated single family bungalow with hardwood floors and granite countertops, located in the Haw Creek area of East Asheville. In addition to the kitchen, living room, and dining room, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small office, a laundry room, a quaint porch, and a carport. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Fully furnished with utilities included (electric, water/sewer, gas, internet, and cable). No smoking or vaping inside the house, or near the house when windows or doors are open. Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable fee (to be determined by the length of the rental, as well as the type/number of pets). A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 will be paid by the tenant. General cleaning and upkeep of the property is expected, and any excessive cleaning above a standard/reasonable move-out cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee being withheld from the security deposit.
