This fully furnished and tastefully styled dream home will not only inspire your design senses but leave you comparing every rental for years to come. Built a little over 2 years ago, the Portside Cottage offers everything you'll need for a mid-term stay in North Idaho. Enjoy food and drinks on the patio or sprawl out and relax on the large leather sofa. When It's time to play, splash around at the neighborhood's private beach (depending on season) and soak up the rays of relaxation on the Spokane River. Located on opposite side of home from Primary Guestroom 3. - Guestroom 2: One KING bed, dresser and large closet. Located on opposite side of home from Primary Guestroom 3. - Guestroom 3 (Primary): One KING bed, large en suite bathroom with walk in shower and bathtub, and large walk-in closet. The room is located on opposite of the home from guestroom 1 and 2. - Kitchen: The kitchen has tall ceilings and a large island with sink and seating for 3. It is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook at home and spend quality time with your family. - Dining Room: The dining table can accommodate 6 guests however 3 barstools are available at the kitchen island. - Living Room: Stream your family's favorite films on the smart big screen TV. The large leather L-shape couch is very comfortable and perfect after a long day exploring North Idaho. Parking: Guests are welcome to use the garage (2 vehicles) and driveway. Outdoors: The back patio is gorgeous and the landscaping has recently been remodeled to include a BBQ, dining table, couches and firepit. Fun in the sun: The Spokane River (Connected to Lake Coeur d'Alene) is walking or driving distance from home. Guests have access to the private community beach which requires a RFI key to enter. Parties, loud music or and any other nuisances are strictly prohibited at neighborhood beach. The beach is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the home. LEASE TERMS: Please Note: This Property is not available until December 1st 2023 * 1 or 6 month leases available starting December 1st 2023 (or possibly sooner) * Included with lease: Owner pays utilities, water, sewer, garbage, landscaping and internet. * Snow removal of driveway, backyard and walkways NOT included with lease. * Amenities i.e. dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo etc. are NOT included with lease. NO PETS of any kind allowed on the premises. NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises. NO PARTIES: Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet community.
