Enjoy the comfort of our fully furnished 2 bedroom and 1 bath (1 BR King + 1 BR Queen) home! This beautifully restored home is a part of a small, private garden community of homes. Our guests enjoy a comfortable front porch with seating, the fenced back yard has a fire pit and additional outdoor seating. Sleep on luxury mattresses. 3 car off-street parking. Located on a charming and friendly street filled with bicyclers and walkers. Keyless entry. No Cats. No smoking. No vaping. No illegal drugs. Pretty Place is a place to call a temporary home. Just bring your personal effects plus linens! Ideal for Snowbirds, new residents shopping for their forever home, residents who are remodeling their home! Offered for 3 months or less beginning February 1 and ending no later than May 1, 2024 with no opportunity for extension as other reservations are already in place. A background and credit check is required on each adult living in the house. Each adult will be named as lessor and will sign the lease. One small dog is considered and the renter must agree to the pet policy and pay the $500 non-refundable pet fee. If pet is approved it will be noted on the lease. At signing, first month rent, security deposit and pet fee is due. Internet included! Other utilities are the responsibility of the Lessee.
