Hill View Hideaway - a bright, modern, fully furnished studio in the Rocky Butte / Madison South neighborhood! Unit is attached to main house but has its own entrance and driveway parking spot. Daughter & Son in Law of owners live on site and manage space. The neighborhood is a quieter, safe feeling enclave near all the city amenities Portland offers. We're also a short drive from PDX airport, 205 freeway, and numerous hospitals. Occupancy is for single tenant as utilities are included in monthly rental rate. Utilities incl. heat, water, trash, & high speed internet. There is a laundry room located in main house, free to use for the tenant with prior notice (we are a friendly, relaxed couple!) or laundry mats short drives away, in fun neighborhoods. Studio is actually 2 rooms! The larger space contains a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, loveseat couch, 55" Smart TV, desk, and small dining table. The well-stocked kitchenette is its own separate room and has a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, microwave-air fryer combo, induction burner, coffee station, and more. This unit was recently remodeled to be modern & bright and all appliances/furniture are new! Outside of your own entrance, is a carport for your use only with adjacent sitting area under our massive Japanese Maple. Yard isn't fenced but set back far from the sidewalk. We are 50 feet from a bus line that connects with downtown, multiple other bus lines, Max train, and many fun neighborhoods. Questions welcome! Because we have our own small, reactive dog, we aren't in a position to allow other pets at this time. Our dog is not allowed in unit or in outdoor sitting area allotted for your use. Furnished rental available on month to month lease basis for single occupant. Longer-term lease can be discussed after one month, if desired. All utilities paid. No pets, smoking is allowed outside. $1000 deposit, background check required prior to lease signing.
