The home is a small (1,000 sq ft) rustic 1940s home located on an almost half-acre fenced yard with plenty of trees and quiet neighbors. If you like the outdoors there are many beautiful places nearby and if you prefer the city, downtown Vancouver is 5 minutes away and Portland is right across the I5 bridge. Pets are fine (only small dogs or cats accepted) however they must be in a crate when you are not home or stay in the backyard. This is negotiable if there is proof that the pet will not damage furniture or the property while you're at work. The property is fully furnished. If you are interested in the property we will proceed by talking over the phone after you have sent a request. NO VIEWING WILL BE CONDUCTED UNTIL WE HAVE FIRST TALKED ON THE PHONE. This is simply the first part of the application process. All utilities are included in the rent and the yard is maintained by a professional team.
