This well-kept home in the River Road area is located off NW Expressway, near Kelly Middle School and Walnut Grove City Park. This 1997 home offers a single car garage, with room for one additional vehicle in front of the garage, additional street parking may be available. A fully fenced yard, covered patio, storage shed, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator are included with the home. Washer and Dryer hookups are available in the home. This is a non-smoking property. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, trash and yard care. Rental insurance is required by every tenant. Both professional carpet and professional home cleaning will be completed between every tenant and will be deducted from the security deposit PETS: Owner approval required.
