Take a stroll and enjoy the many options available to you -- shopping, coffee shops, eateries, bakeries, breweries, art/craft galleries and studios, music venues, museums, cinema, groceries, churches, a public library, post office, banks, and our popular downtown festivals in the Historic Medina Town Square. The galley kitchen is fully equipped to prepare or serve your favorite meals. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, pressure/slow cooker, griddle, coffee maker, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and much more. A second refrigerator/freezer is in the garage. The dining area includes a dinette set that can expand from 4 people to 6. The large living room has 3 reclining chairs, a full-size couch, fireplace with a 55" wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV with ROKU. Wi-Fi is provided with GUEST MODE activation, so you are free to use any of the apps that appear on the television screen and also safely download your apps like Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. apps. Your personal information is automatically deleted upon your checkout date. The living room cabinet is where board games, cards, puzzles, and a few books are stored for you to enjoy. From the living room, walk out to the large patio where you can enjoy a campfire on the firepit, dine outdoors, relax in the sun, or enjoy the many birds, rabbits, and friendly deer. The large fenced-in backyard has plenty of room to play badminton, volleyball, cornhole, or your favorite outdoor games. The first-floor bedroom has a full-size bed, a large closet area, an office set-up with a computer monitor and printer, and a full bathroom. The second full-size bathroom is located upstairs with the two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a hotel premier collection hybrid king mattress, a full-size dresser, and a flat-screen smart TV with ROKU. The third bedroom is also located on the second floor and includes two twin beds with bamboo deluxe pillow top mattresses, a writing table and chair, a dresser, and ample closet space. This old house still has functional laundry chutes that send your dirty clothes to the basement where the washer and dryer are located. One is in the upstairs linen closet and the other is on the main living level. We have a two-car attached garage for you to safely store your bikes, hiking gear, 4-wheelers, etc. There is a breezeway that connects the garage to the house which is a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Do you love the great outdoors? Explore over 21 parks, nature preserves, and wildlife sanctuaries throughout Medina County. A variety of activities are possible in our parks hiking, biking, fishing, picnicking, birdwatching, and more. Many parks have playgrounds, reservable lodges, and open-air shelters; amenities vary by location. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Fully Furnished, short-term or long-term rental is available. Tenant pays for gas, electric, cable TV, and snow maintenance. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, high-speed WiFi, and lawn care. No pets are allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed inside but you may smoke outside. No prior evictions. A credit score of 600 for each adult applicant is required. Application and background checks are securely processed online. Every tenant over 18 must submit an application and background check. Rent is collected solely online.
