This fully furnished 3 bedroom/1bath house is in a quiet neighborhood with spacious lots conveniently located to all the Triangle has to offer. It is a 5 minute commute to Duke Regional Hospital and Shaw Football Stadium, a 10 minute drive to Duke Hospital/Duke University, downtown Durham, Durham Bulls baseball stadium, and DPAC. You are 17 minutes from RTP and 25 minutes away from RDU airport. Eno River State Park is also 15 minutes away. This home has a king and queen bed and a twin daybed each with a cooling gel memory foam hybrid mattress well suited for all sleepers. Luxurious, upscale sheets and pillows await and a ROKU TV in the living room and primary bedroom. If you work remotely, the third bedroom has a designated office space with high-speed internet. Downtown Durham's restaurant scene is a foodies delight, but our kitchen is well equipped if you decide to eat at home. Many reliable big box stores are about four minutes away; Chipotle, Panera, Goodberrys, Walgreens, Lowes, and more. This location is truly the best of both worlds. We love animals and want to make our home work for you and your pet. The vegan leather couch and carpeted bedrooms are not suited for all pets. Please keep this in mind. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit. If renting for less than six months, we will keep utilities in our name and the rent will be $2100/month. Priority will be given for tenants interested in multiple months. House is available starting November 30th. Utilities will remain in our name with six months lease or less and rent will be $2100 to cover utilities. Pets allowed; $300 refundable deposit required. Vegan leather couch is not suitable for all pets. If you think it will be a problem with your animal, purchasing a cover is best. There will be a $160 cleaning fee upon moving out. We want to make this affordable for everyone and truly hope to refund as much of your deposits as absolutely possible! We take care of our tenants and they have in turn taken great care of the house. This has yet to be a problem. No parties and no smoking!
