On the second level there is a bedroom and a walk in closet and washer/dryer hookups (washer and dryer can be supplied for only $30 extra per month). Interior has been freshly painted, and there are new laminate floors throughout. Sun room has a great view into the woods. 1.5 acre lot is primarily wooded with a nice size yard. Firepit near front porch. Lawncare is responsibility of the tenant. 1 pet allowed. Utilities are electric and propane (for heat), to be paid by tenant. Security deposit is $1300 plus $100 for a pet. Spectrum internet is available. Cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Youngsville, 15 minutes from Wake Forest, and 40 minutes from Raleigh. The cottage will be available for rent November 15. We are excellent landlords looking for reliable tenants who will keep the area clean and tidy.
