Month to month lease after one year of on time payments we will sign a year to two year lease. No cats No large dogs No Aggressive breeds. If you do not have the entire deposit we may be able to work with you and add what's owed to the rent and you can just a little extra each month until it's caught up. You will be responsible for changing the furnace filter every month and must send the receipt or a copy and a photo of the old and new filters, every month. We also do inspections you will be notified a head of time so that we can assess the apartment for maintenance issues and to make sure you are living to the requirements of the lease. Inspections will decrease as time goes on and we feel comfortable that you are able to spot and notify us of any repairs or issues that may need taken care of.
