Newly built home. All bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room on one floor. Deck off of the kitchen overlooking open field and woods. Large back yard area. Parking available for multiple vehicles. Finished basement. Propane heating and cooking, and water included. Wheel chair accessible to main living spaces. Country setting minutes from downtown Lockport. The rental contract is for a minimum of 1 year duration. Renter responsible for lawn maintenance, snow removal, electricity, cable and internet. Any damage cause by neglect of the property or miss use of the property and surrounding land. The garage on premises is not to be used or accessed by the renter. The house includes propane stove, refrigerator, heating and air conditioning. The renter is responsible for any additional electronic needs including microwave. There is an additional fee if pets are desired on premises dependent on number and size. No smoking Permitted on the premises inside or Out. This will be an immediate eviction and forfeiture of contract. Any changes to the building or property must me cleared with renter prior to performing and at your own cost. If painting is preformed, must be painted to beige prior to end of contract. Landlord is responsible for propane and water bills. The maintenance of standard ware and tear of the house, the stove, heating and cooling system, refrigerator. Landlord will give at least 48 hour notice prior to any maintenance of property or house. The landlord has access to driveways and garage at any time without prior notification. This activity will be performed in a way not to interfere with renter.
