Lease Term Rules: Rent Payment: The tenant agrees to pay the monthly rent on or before the due date specified in the lease. Late payments may result in applicable late fees. Use of Property: The property is to be used exclusively for residential purposes, and the tenant will not engage in any illegal activities on the premises. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval from the landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $75 per pet apply.
