It is in a very quiet neighborhood next to the junior high and elementary schools. The home was updated 2 years ago with new flooring in the kitchen, as well as light fixtures and paint. There is an unsecured building for storage at the back of the lot. Utilities are included except electric/gas. The bathroom is accessible only through the main bedroom. No smokers of any kind. Background and credit check upon application. 600 credit score minimum. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a $30 added monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit. I am responsive and strive to provide clean, maintained homes for my tenants! Landlord pays for city water/sewer/garbage. Electricity and gas will be paid by tenant. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed by anyone living in the home. Parking available on the street in front of the house and in the alley out back. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis with an added monthly fee. Deposit due at lease signing and first month's rent required upon move in. The large, fenced backyard is shared with 801 Dixon and the tenants next door as long as all rules are followed including picking up after your pet every time and preventing any damage to property in the shared space. 6-12 month lease.
