House has washer and dryer, and I provide many other smaller appliances such as vacuum cleaner, coffee maker etc. Beautiful kitchen has quartz counter-tops; subway tile backsplash, large walk-in pantry and quality-stained wood cabinetry accent the kitchen which overlooks the living area through arched bar. Large main suite includes an over-sized tile shower, brushed nickel hardware, Moen faucets and large walk-in closet with built-ins. Living room features Italian leather sectional, cute electric fireplace. The living room has open plan and connects directly to the dining room.
