Located just a 3 miles from downtown, Our newly renovated home is a comfortable and stylish place to come home to after a day of work or play in Northern MIchigan. We have all new appliances including a main floor washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen includes quartz countertops, gas stove, nespresso coffee maker, and even a waffle maker. The spacious living room has a 50" smart TV and various board games. Each of the 3 modern bedrooms has a smart TV with space to relax in privacy while you plan your next Traverse City activity. The newly finished bathroom features a shower and full tub. We provide 5 bikes with helmets and a pull behind trailer for the little ones to get you started on your exploration of the area. From the bike trails that are just a few houses away you can easily access downtown and its wonderful shops, restuarants, and beaches. If you are feeling more energetic you can continue all the way up the Leelanau Peninsula to the wonderful town of Sutton's Bay. When you are ready, the TART trail will also connect you on the East side of town to the Vasa trail and its miles of unpaved trails. Our home will be available from November 15-May 15 at the price noted. All utilities are included in the rent including water, electric, gas, trash removal, and internet.
