This is a fantastic home! With an UNBELIEVABLE location. We are located 40 minutes from the capitol building in Madison, 40 minutes to downtown Janesville, 2 Hours from Chicago and 45 minutes from the lake in Milwaukee. It has a little over 1000 feet of finished living space upstairs, in the basement is another 1000 feet of unfinished EXTREMELY clean and dry space! The kitchen and eating area is tiled. The living room bedrooms and hallway are carpeted and the bathroom is a laminate flooring. Not only is this place great to commute from the community is fantastic as well. Johnson Creek has a little over, 3,000 people living here and has great schools. The library is small but hosts great events all through the week. Tenants pay utilities, these are generally less than $160 combined between electricity and water/sewer. Cable, Internet and snow removal are also the responsibility of the tenants.
