After the first of the year we will be looking for the perfect tenant to rent out our upstairs portion of our house down in Ozark. This situation will be unique but it isn't much different than living in a patio home or duplex. We have remodeled a lot of the house and have lived down in the basement the last 5 years while taking care of Kelly's mom upstairs. Pictures show some of Kelly's mom's furniture up there but we will be having an estate sale which will pretty much empty the upstairs minus the fridge and washer/dryer units. The upstairs is an all brick 3BR 2BA with attached 2 car garage on a large lot with a private drive that includes only 4 houses and quick access to highway 65. You won't have access to the backyard but you will have access to the 18x13 screened porch overlooking the yard and surrounding area. Also, we have a newly installed Generac system. Deposit will be same as rent and pets will have to be discussed before allowed since they will only have access to the front yard. Rent will include fridge, washer/dryer, utilities, cable, internet, trash and lawn service. No smoking allowed in the house. Deposit same as rent. Rent includes utilities, cable, internet, trash and lawn service. You will have access to the entire upstairs of the house, upstairs garage and screened in backporch. Not the basement, backyard, side pad or lower garage pad. This will be similar to patio home living with me and Kelly downstairs in the basement.
