Landlord does not live on the premises but is close by and available for any help or maintenance needs, etc.. Owner will pay for electric and Water & Sewage. Renter will pay for oil heat* and optional CableTV &/or Wifi (a cable ready TV, streaming equipment and modem provided). Snow removal (plowing) available. 2car driveway and 1 car garage.
