This is a SEASONAL RENTAL. This is NOT a year-round rental. I rent this property weekly during the summer months, then long term through the winter (through May 31st, 2024). Cozy East Falmouth Cape House, close to beaches, shopping and dining! My rental home was remodeled in 2022, and features first-floor living, with one King bed, one Queen bed, and 4 bunk beds, two full baths and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spacious private, fenced back yard, deck, patio, firepit and gas grill. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, seating area for 6, with a slider leading to the deck. The living area is off the dining area and has a comfortable 7-seat reclining sectional with 70" smart TV. I rent this property weekly during the summer months, and more long term in the off-season. I rented to a traveling nurse for the 2022/2023 winter and spring. All utilities are included. Property is non-smoking (no tobacco, vaping or smokeless tobacco). Firewood for the firepit is provided. Gas for the grill is provided. The property is fully stocked with linens, paper goods, utensils, kitchenware, dual coffee maker (k-cup and ground), k-cups provided.
