Freshly remodeled in 2019 with comfort and style, you'll find all the conveniences of home without any of the stress. Inside, you'll find polished concrete floors, lights on dimmers, central heat/air conditioning, Persian rugs, a plush leather couch, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside, you'll see horses, hawks, turkey, and deer from the privacy of your back patio. Stroll down to the seasonal creek with coffee in hand or build a fire and watch the stars come out. Fully furnished standalone guest house on 10 acre property just outside of Palo Cedro. We charge an additional $200/month which covers all of your utilities such as electricity, gas, garbage, water, internet, routine landscape and pest service. Strongly prefer 6 month term but may be open to shorter depending on the situation. Open to one well-behaved pet. Internet is Starlink which is typically around 50-100 MB download speed. Please fill out Zillow application as that will be a requirement prior to any tour of the property. We typically look for 650+ credit scores, minimum monthly income of 2.5x monthly rent, great rental history and references, and we prefer no pets but are open to one small, well-behaved pet possibly.
