Fully furnished single family home located on a quiet street. 3 bedrooms with queens and 2 bathrooms. There is a family room upstairs and one downstairs. They both have smart TV's. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. There is a game room in the basement for your entertainment. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. A starter pack of cleaning supplies will be provided. There is a camera doorbell by the front door for your safety. The house is conveniently located a block from Lake Loveland and minutes from downtown. The lease is a minimum 30 day stay to the maximum of 4 months. Available January-April 2024. No pets allowed. Owner pays for all utilities. If the tenant exceeds utility price cap they will pay the balance on the utilities. Security deposit of $2000 and first months rent is due at signing. Owner pays for all utilities which included electric, water, gas and trash pickup. This is a no smoking property inside and out. Pet are not allowed at this property. There is a single lane driveway for off street parking. The attached garage can be used for storing a bicycle or other outdoor items. A $2,000 deposit is due at the time of signing the lease along with 1st months rent which is $2,200. The property has a minimum 30 day stay. The maximum stay is 4 months. January - April 2024 Owner will have a scheduled once a month deep cleaning that is required for maintaining the property. Owner will provide hot tub maintenance weekly. Tenant will be expected to do regular weekly cleaning of the property. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal.
