Welcome to our fully furnished 2025 square foot home located in Alta Sierra, a quiet neighborhood in Grass Valley. Our home has a spacious family room and separate living room with a nice view of the surrounding pine trees. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials you need. You also have a separate breakfast nook or small little office next to the kitchen where you can enjoy your coffee. We have 3 full bathrooms with a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin xl beds. Enjoy a dip in your private pool during the hot days in Grass Valley or go inside an inflatable hot tub we have located in the patio. We also have a bbq grill and exterior kitchen. Located near the Alta Sierra Country Club for a round a golf at your pleasure. Located 12 minutes to the town of Grass Valley and 20 minutes from Auburn California.
