Ski lease rental from 11/15/23 to 04/15/24 (comfortably accommodates 14 people) Beautiful view from newly remodeled spacious deck and nice sledding hill behind the property, which is wooded area in the back yard. Also, has a nice hiking/sledding trail up on top of the hill with wonderful views of the forest. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig machine, toaster, rice cooker, blender, and cookie sheets. Jacuzzi jet tubs in all (5) bathrooms. 15 min away from Palisades 10 min away from Donner Lake 5 min away from downtown Truckee Cabin layout 1st floor: On left side is a family/game room: - Sofa Sleeper - Double washers and dryers are located behind the pantry doors. - There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom that can be entered from either the bedroom or through the family room. On the right side is a two-car garage area 2nd floor: On the right side: - Master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with patio onto deck. - Sub master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom. - Bedroom with queen size bed. - There is also a common area, which have two twin bunk beds for smaller children and a common bathroom. - This side of the house can be closed off with glass doors to create a more quiet atmosphere for sleeping. On the left side: - A large open area family room with dining room and open kitchen with a large island. - There are 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, a large refrigerator, gas stove top, and 2 ovens. - The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig machine, toaster, rice cooker, blender, and cookie sheets. - There are 2 bedrooms in this area, which have queen beds. - There is a jack-n-jill restroom in between the two bedrooms, which can be entered from either bedroom. Note: All 5 bathrooms have jacuzzi jetted tubs. Term is a 5 month ski lease rental from 11/15/23 to 04/15/24 All utilities to be paid by renter. Also, renter will pay for the Driveway Snow Plow contract and the end of lease cleaning.
