Stone Cottage on a unique street a mile west of Pearl Street. This is a cute cottage that has been renovated and is suitable for a single tenant. House is located on Boulder Creek at the base of Boulder Canyon on the north side of the creek. The creek separates the Canyon Rd from our street. Perfect for someone who wants a small place with character. Tenant pays electric (house is heated with electric) and internet. If interested please send me a little information about yourself. One thing to note is that this spot in the canyon doesn't get sun for 6 weeks in the middle of the summer. Not a big deal if you don't work from home but could be to those who do. Also, if you are interested please let me know a little about yourself. Many Thanks! Renter is responsible for electric, ranges from $25 in summer up to $125 in winter. Well behaved dogs and cats allowed.
