Our cute Furnished Bungalow Home is available as a 3 Bed/2 Bath Rental. (The home is technically a 4 Bed/3Bath, however, the 4th bedroom and connected full-bath is a garage studio, and not for rent.) The home is located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Biking distance to beach and a 3-min walk to community park. Our home can sleep up to 7 people - 3 Queen Size Beds and a pull-out couch. The home has a large fenced-in back yard. *As noted above, the attached garage studio with separate back entrance is not included in the rental. Prefer an Annual Rental, but would consider 3 to 6-month rental.
