Dogs are allowed but no cats. Must be respectful to the neighbors. No more than 4 cars parked at the same time. Parking on the road is ok only as a temporary parking spot. No smoking in the house. Monthly Rent is $2,500 per month with a $100 late fee per week over due. Must keep the house relatively clean and un-damaged. If there is any is any significant damage with out being repaired or replaced, we have the right to retain the security deposit at the end of the 1 yr lease.
