Would you like to live in a big one story house with a backyard almost the size of a football field? Read on. This house is great for entertaining: the kitchen and 2-story great room flow into one big, sun-dappled space. The soaring ceiling gives the house a sense of space and sunlight. You can see the moon on some nights from the teardrop window. The space is designed for friends and family and summer barbecues. This house is hypo-allergenic. Everything is ceramic tile except for carpet in the three bedrooms and great room. Just mop and you are done. The floor plan has the master suite on the north side and two bedrooms and a shared bath on the south side of the house. This is perfect for families, roommates, and three-generational households. Privacy. The master bath has two sinks. The bathtub sits next to a window so it's really sunny. Natural light-wonderful for make up. There's a huge walk in closet. Ladies: see if you have enough clothes to fill it! Even the closet is tile. Carpet is new; went in last Christmas. The house even has a man cave: a two-car garage with a third bay for storage and stuff. One former tenant put a pool table and a TV out there. A friendly place to go when you're in the dog house. Speaking of dogs, this house has a huge backyard with grass. Yes, you will have to mow it. The back door has a doggy door. There's even a big doghouse built into the yard and a dog run on the south side of the house. All pets are welcome because they are family except snakes: I hate snakes. No more than 3 pets according to North Las Vegas animal laws unless you have a dog fancier's permit. (Got to follow the rules....) My insurance company requires renter's insurance, so get it before you move in. I planted lots of trees so one part of the backyard is heavily wooded. Really cool and a cool place to hang out in the summer. There's a pepper tree so you can literally pick peppercorns for a pepper mill. A rose garden too. (Yes, I did promise you a rose garden!) There's also a small paved patio just right for your barbeque or smoker. If you have a gun, GREAT! Don't point it at me (seriously) and I need to have a copy of your carry permit on file. The community is gated. All appliances stay. High tech dishwasher, new range, dryer and disposal. Spittin' distance from the Cannery and all the tasty restaurants and shops on Craig Road. Not far from the base too. And downtown and the Smith Center are less than 15 minutes away. It's really convenient to everything. 5 minutes from Craig Ranch park. Have you been there? OMG. It's one of the best parks in Clark County. Caring owner. No foreclosure. I've owned this home since 2002 and all payments are current. But landlords are liars so check it out for yourself. Verify my words on the Clark County Recorder's site. I am the founding broker for the state of Nevada for eXp Realty. I am a princess and therefore will treat you like royalty. Call or text for the gate code Owner retains water bill so there is a $300 water deposit. You just have to get gas and electricity.
