Rent of this tastefully furnished home has everything needed in a kitchen, it also includes water, garbage, sanitation, pest control, lawn maintenance, electricity (value capped at $300 per month. Electric bill rarely exceeds $250. Tenant responsible for any overage and no credits for lesser bills ). Lease excludes all access to the back yard (currently being improved and will remain closed through fall of 2024). Sorry, no pets allowed. You're required to take out the large trash can to the street, bring it back in to the walkway on the side (as needed on trash pickup days), and to keep the interior in good clean condition.
