No litter in the house thanks to the catio (cat garden) that they have 24/7 access to through the weatherproof cat door in the sunroom. The only care they require is refilling their automatic food dispenser and water fountain once a month. Discount - we are offering our home for less than we'd normally ask for due to sharing it with our 2 kitties. Rent may be negotiable for the right person(s). Plants - we have some living plants that can either be watered by you, our guests, or we can remove them during your stay if you'd rather not water them. Cleaning - you can have the house cleaned as often as you'd like for an extra fee ($175). Absolutely No - smoking anything inside the house. Vaping inside is ok. Smoking outside is fine. Sound system - you're welcome to use it (located in the living room) for dance parties. Neighbors can't hear anything since they're so far away! There's a super loud boombox available to take to the pool too : ) Location: 1/2 mile north of Border & Aberdeen, 10min to downtown JT, 20min to park entrance. Fyi, Instacart works great around here!
