Which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. There are two dedicated dining areas. One in the kitchen over looking the green backyard area. The other dining table is in the living area overlooking the pool. Easily seat 12 people at one time. There are two designated living areas with cozy sectional couches. One is large leather that overlooks the swimming pool area. The other sofa is soft fabric and overlooks the backyard with sliding glass door. The game room has a built in oversized pool table, wet bar, bathroom, cabinets with books and board games, plus and a convenient door to the swimming area. There is an indoor laundry room with oversized sink and tons of cabinet space. The backyard has walking trails with lush vegetation, calming waterfall feature, many spots to sit and relax, plus a bench swing set overlooking glorious natural views. The front yard has view to the west, swimming pool/jacuzzi, convertible outdoor couch to relax on the first tier. If you walk down the path, there is open space for yoga mats or a lounge chair, to enjoy while listening to the infinity edge waterfall from the swimming pool.
