This log home is freshly renovated and painted with a full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 smaller bedrooms, and one master bedroom. Although it is a smaller home, it would be a great starting home for a couple or small family. This house is nicknamed "The Chicken Coop" and has the character to fit. The house comes with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and a washer/dryer set. Utilities included. No animals are preferred. There is not currently a fenced yard. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED. Keep the house clean and please do not damage anything. If there is a problem, let us know and we will fix it. We are young home owners, and this is our first time renting a house so please treat it accordingly so everyone can have a pleasant experience and relationship. The lease is set for 6 months and then will need to be renewed. $1000 monthly rent, $500 one-time deposit, all utilities included.
