18 month lease 3 bed 1 bath single family home centrally located in Laconia NH in close proximity to Lake Opechee/Laconia Middle School. This is a smaller 1100 square ft single family home +150 sq ft three season porch on the front and a large 14'x18' deck on the back. There is a small fenced in yard in the back. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars. Single stall garage has always been just used just for storage, but it could fit a small/economy size car. Kitchen has brand new marble counters, tile flooring and optional movable island. The rest of the house has hard wood floors. Basement has washer/dryer hook ups. Two of the bedrooms are average size and one is small. Down stairs has a high efficiency heat pump that is efficient heating down to 5 degrees. It also provides nice quiet AC in the summer months for the entire downstairs. Downstairs also has top down bottom up light filtering cellular shades. All bedrooms have top down bottom up blackout shades. Tenant pays for all utilities (nothing included). Tenant also takes care of snow removal and lawn maintenance (it takes 15 mins to mow/weedwack).
