Utilities: Utilities, including fiber internet, are included in the monthly rent. 9. Parking: There is no covered parking available on the property. 10. Lease Duration: The lease term is one year. Shorter terms, such as six months, may be considered with a monthly rent increase to $2,500. 11. Snow Removal: The Tenant is responsible for clearing snow related to access to their vehicles. In certain cases, a trade for yard work (e.g., lawn mowing) may be considered. 12. References: References must be supplied and acceptable reference results are required prior to occupation.
