Credit scores between 500 and 599 may be considered with approval and an increased security deposit, with the first and last month's rent paid upfront. A record of a felony will disqualify an applicant. Being listed as a sex offender will disqualify an applicant. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside or outside the rental house. An Applicant Will Automatically Be Denied for the Following Reasons: Eviction for causes by a landlord. Unresolved debts to a previous landlord or mortgagor. Falsification of any information on the rental application. Anyone currently in the process of filing a bankruptcy and/or open bankruptcy.
