Electric over $100 will be added to rent. Tenant pays gas and Internet. No pets in the house. Small livestock allowed possibly outdoor only pets. No smoking or vaping. Renter's insurance required. Rent is month to month to start then we will negotiate lease terms (6 months, year to year).
