This fully furnished home is set up perfectly for 3 college students, a couple, or a small family. House will be rented with the furniture photographed, along with utilities included (this includes electric, water&sewer, internet, garbage, lawn care, etc.) No Pets, no exceptions. Back up oil is the only thing not included. The house runs on central air upstairs and a mini-split on the main level. Oil would be the responsibility of the tenant. What is in there upon move in is how much is expected to be in there upon move out. No animals. We would love a couple, 50 plus, single person, small family (no more than 2 kids), or even 2-3 (no more than 3) college students! No more than 3 vehicles at the property at one time unless prior authorization. Even though everything is included, you are expected to be responsible for the home and keeping the yard free/clear of garbage, debris, etc. During the winter, we will plow. During spring/summer, we will mow.
