This home has almost been completely renovated inside, new floors, countertops, light fixtures, water heater & old popcorn ceilings removed. It includes a 285sf mancave/home office with A/C (no plumbing) that is perfect for someone working from home or home schooling. It is located 1.5 miles (5 mins) from Wal-Mart and other retailers. It is typically about 25 minutes from Raleigh. There are 3 other building/structures on the .93 acre lot that are not included in the rent. There is a concrete parking pad for appx 4 cars with a separate driveway. Small dogs (limit 2) may be considered on a case by case basis. We are sorry but no cats at this time as the carpet is brand new, patterned carpet. The yard must be maintained by renter and no utilities are included. The heat is propane and must be refilled to same level at time of occupancy when lease term ends by renter. Landlord will have a home office in detached 4 car garage on back of property that has it's own, dedicated driveway. We require 1st, last & security deposit of $2200 to move in. All the flooring in the home is brand new. The renter will be responsible for the lawn & flower bed maintenance on the property up to the Man cave/Home office. The yard needs to be kept in reasonable condition and not allowed to be overgrown or more than appx 4-6 inches tall.
