Backyard is huge. Pets are welcome with restrictions and refundable pet deposit. Property will be available November 15th. Year lease only. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care. Pet deposit is $350 per pet. Restrictions include pets must be 1 year or older. No more than 3 pets total. No more than 2 large dogs or 2 cats. Written application is free. If approved applicants will pay a 3rd party for background check and credit report. Applicants must provide valid I.D. and proof of income for past 30 days. Tenant must make 2.5 times the rent. We can not hold property for more than 30 days for an applicant. Applicants must be prove financially stability and good rent history for past 2 years.
