This breath taking wood cabin is completely furnished and offers a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with oversized loft that includes a California King bed and second living area. There is even an out house with shower. As a bonus the property is fenced in and offers plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with refrigerator, microwave and gas stove. Both bedrooms and full bath are on the lower level. The property features its own private access to the Nueces River, a private dock, wide wrap around deck, large smoker, canoe, and fire pit. Enjoy playing horse shoe, corn hole, fishing, biking, and BBQ. Washer dryer connections are located in garage. Let yourself experience the relaxation and beauty of the outdoors. Lease term can be a minimum of 1 month and a max of 1 year for initial term. Tenant is responsible fir yard card, electricity and Wi-Fi. Pet deposit is $350 per pet. Restrictions include pets must be 1 year or older. No more than 3 pets total. No more than 2 large dogs or 2 cats. Written application is free. If approved applicants will pay a 3rd party for background check and credit report. Applicants must provide valid I.D. and proof of income for past 30 days. Tenant must have income of 2.5 times the rent or more. We can not hold property for more than 30 days for an applicant. Applicants must be prove financially stability and good rent history for past 2 years. Security deposit is required within 24 hrs. of application approval.
