This is a private house situated on a quiet street in Fulton with its own backyard - and this could be your home! This is a non-smoking/non-vaping and pet free home. No exceptions. Tenant is responsible for seasonal lawn care. Tenant will need to have a credit score of 620 or above and rental rate cannot be higher than 30% of your income. We will also run a criminal background check. Interior photos will be available after upgrades are completed in 2-3 weeks. Showings of the house will not be available until November 17th at the earliest. Available move-in date is December 1st. Tenant is responsible for utilities (electricity, gas, sewer, water, and trash is a single bill from the City of Fulton). This is a non- smoking and non-vaping property. Security deposit and first month pro-rated rent is due the day before move-in. Subsequent rent is due by the 5th of each month. A $20 per day late fee is assessed if rent is paid after the 5th.
