Looking for someone local in Deadwood/Lead as soon as possible. In need of 1 or 2 people to hang maybe 20 sheets of rock in a small 12x28 addition. Have lift on site for ceiling pieces and sheet rock already inside. Time restraints, need this done in next 7 to 10 days. No tape, no mud no finishing needed at this time. Plenty of screws on hand, should only need personal hand tools. We have ladders and bakers cart on site to use. Reply for appointment and address to come bid job. No smoking, no pets please. Off street parking and 1 stall garage included in rent, also included, ALL utilities; water sewer garbage, gas electric internet, snow plowing/mowing/laundry equipment. Shoveling of 10x20 cement apron approach to garage is responsibility of tenant. 12 month lease, background check fees are responsibility of tenant.
