Fully furnished home with 1 master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 full bathroom and a 1/2 bath. We converted one bedroom upstairs to an office. It used to be a baby room with a crib - crib is available if needed. 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 bed and some toys and kids books available to use. Kitchen stocked with everything you may need. Also kids utensils, plates, bowl, and cups. There are also booster seats if needed. Large living room with tv, stereo and fire place. This is our home - not designed as a rental house. We live here the other time of the year. Wifi and home security is included. Water, garbage and gas will be yours. We're looking for anyone who needs a temporary place for 2 - 3 months or until 3/31/2024. We're looking for short term renters. 3 months max or through 3/31/2014. 3 bedrooms, we converted one into a home office. Included in the rent will be: wifi and security alarm system Renter will pay for garbage, water, gas, and electricity. Garage is 1/2 available - still enough room for 1 car to park in there.
