PLEASE READ ALL QUALIFYING DETAILS. Please do not inquire or apply if you do not meet these requirements. Planning to have rented by June 1st 2022. No more than 5 people including adults and children may occupy the home. 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children preferred. Must provide proof of income on application. A small application fee is charged for credit and background checks per adult applying. 6 month lease to start with, but 1 year or longer can be negotiated. Must earn 3x the rent amount equaling $5700 monthly. Must be able to pay first months and last months rent at signing totaling $3800 as it serves as the deposit, as well as all pet deposits and fees. Pets: Such as, fish, lizards, turtles, birds or other small caged animals are accepted. Only 1 mid size dog under 50 lbs dog, or 2 small under 25 lbs dogs may be approved by owners. No Cats are accepted. Any pets require an aditional non refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Any pets not approved or added by tenants found on the property will incur lease violation fees and will be required to pay deposits and monthly pet fees to continue renting. NO smoking or drug use of any kind allowed in the home. Tennant's responsible for yard care, changing air filters, lightbulb replacement, garbage removal, and all utilities. Property manager will do quarterly property inspections to check plumbing, air unit care, and general care of the property, giving tennants 24 hrs notice.
