Sorry, no pets allowed. Security deposit plus the first months rent required at lease signing. Responsibilities include rent $2,600/mo. plus utilities and yard maintenance. References and credit check required. Prefer non smoker, parking is available in the driveway for multiple cars. There is a pole barn on the property which you will not have access to but request one side of the driveway be accessible at all times for owner access. We do sign a lease for one year, automatically renewable to tenants in good standing and inspect inside the home and property with tenant notification every 6-12 months. There is a W/D in the home, we will not replace if fail to work or we can remove so you can bring your own. You would be responsible to care of the grounds, cutting the grass & trim as well as a water conditioner inside the home, which uses conditioner pellets.
