It will be immaculate inside and out, including all windows. The yard and all the landscape will/must be pruned and kept in a clean condition. There is a sprinkler system which must be left on to water twice/week as specified by landlords. This property could be available for a temporary (greater than 31 nights), furnished all bills paid lease at an increased price point ($4695/mo.) to include all furnishings (including washer/dryer), and yard maintenance. We rent to nonsmokers only. Pets/emotional support animals will be considered on a case-by-case basis and would include nonrefundable pet fees. Any animals left alone inside the property must be crated. No more than 4 vehicles parked on property. Application criteria will include: (1) criminal history, (2) previous rental history, (3) current income (require household income = 3X rent), (4) credit history, (5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form will disqualify. No cash payments accepted (only checks, Zelle). For shorter term rentals, (31 nights or more; including anything less than one year), there will be an added fee charged for cleaning of $300.00, or more, depending on the condition of the property when you vacate, and a linen fee of $100.00.
